WINTERIZATION

2 Stroke Winterization

​

• Stabilize the Fuel

• Fog the engine

• Add coolant to the engine block, crankcase cooler and exhaust

• Run engine with antifreeze cooler adaptor

• Blow-out excess coolant

• Grease the drive line

• Inspect jet pump

• Remove battery for winter storage

4 Stroke Pwc & Boat Winterization

​

• Stabilize the Fuel

• Replace the engine oil (SeaDoo Synthetic or semi-synthetic oil)

• Install new oil filter

• Fog the engine

• Add coolant to the exhaust and intercooler

• Run Engine with Antifreeze Coolant adaptor

• Blow-out coolant from exhaust and intercooler

• Top up engine coolant if required

• Inspect jet pump, wear ring and pump assembly

• Lubricate throttle cable

• Remove battery for winter storage
